Willowbrook Learning centre has a large room adjoining to the office suite that offers excellent conference facilities for up to 20 delegates. The room contains furniture such as tables, desks and chairs. For more formal presentation the room is equipped with white boards, flip charts, overhead projectors, PowerPoint presentation & TV / video equipment.
WLC is an accredited centre that sought validation from City & Guilds to deliver NVQ Care programs. Willowbrook is fully committed to providing training and development for anyone that works within the care industry.
The expansion plan in becoming a centre has been firstly in response to the centre's own training & development needs. Secondly, and more importantly, it is in response to the potential regional and local needs to improved proficiency and expertise in domiciliary care.

Centre Structure
The Centre will provide training, assessment, central administration, internal verification and also maintain links with Awarding Bodies and candidates. All training and development, advice and assessment will be provided by the centre core staff and their Associates.
The room can also be split into syndicate groups' work. For one-to-one surgery type meetings between candidates and assessors, other offices are available within the same building.
Candidates registered on the program will be provided suitable learning materials/handouts as well as a reading list to cover essential skills, supported by a series of planned demonstration and practice in real working environment for candidate to demonstrate his/her knowledge and understanding
WLC shall endeavor within reasonable means available to the centre and resource to provide reasonable access for candidates with disabilities that may hinder their progress. This include access to a personal tutor and one-to-one support in order to ensure that additional guidance is made available in order to meet personal needs and competencies.
